Multicultural Day

ONE ROOT, MANY BRANCHES

MULTICULTURAL DAY is a joyful celebration that reflects the richness of God’s creation through the diversity of peoples, languages and traditions. In the Catholic perspective, it is an opportunity to live out the Church’s universality, where all nations and cultures are welcomed as one family of God.

By sharing food, music, dance and traditions, we not only honor our cultural heritage but also give witness to the unity we find in Christ.

This celebration reminds us that diversity is a gift from God, and when embraced with love and respect, it strengthens our community and reflects the beauty of the body of Christ.

On Sunday 19 October, we the Sale Catholic Cathedral Family celebrate as Multicultural Day under the theme of:

“ONE ROOT, MANY BRANCHES”.

THE DAY’S PROGRAM:
Holy Mass: 9:30 am
Lunch at St Mary’s School Hall: 11:00am
Cultural Programs in the Narthex area: 12:00pm

DEAR PARISHIONERS YOUR PRESENCE WILL BE THE GREATEST PRESENT. AS WE WELCOMED OUR NEW PARISHIONERS AS THEY ARRIVED HERE, LET US JOIN AGAIN ON THIS DAY OF CELEBRATION.
